Description:
Frog Fruit is a fast-spreading, low-growing Texas native groundcover with small, purple and white clustered flowers that bloom profusely from spring to fall. It forms a dense mat of green foliage, making it excellent for replacing turf, filling between stepping stones, or stabilizing soil. The flowers attract butterflies, including the Phaon Crescent and White Peacock, for which it serves as a larval host plant.
