Description:
Corkystem Passionvine is a fast-growing native vine known for its small, intricate flowers and its ability to attract Gulf Fritillary and Zebra Longwing butterflies, whose caterpillars feed exclusively on passionvine leaves. Its stems develop a corky texture with age, adding visual interest. It produces small purple-black berries that birds enjoy.

Planting Tips:

  • Provide a trellis, fence, or shrub for climbing.

  • Cut back in winter to manage size and encourage fresh growth.

  • Can tolerate drought once established but benefits from occasional watering.
