Description:
Gregg’s Tube tongue is a hardy, drought-tolerant perennial native to Texas. It features fuzzy, gray-green leaves and small, tubular lavender to pinkish-purple flowers that attract native bees, butterflies, and other pollinators. A member of the Acanthus family, it thrives in rocky or sandy soils and spreads gently to form a low-growing mat, making it excellent for xeriscaping, borders, or wildlife gardens.
