Description: Bingo Endive is a frisée-type endive with finely cut, curly, dark green leaves and a tender, crisp texture. It has a slightly bitter flavor that adds a pleasant contrast to salads and can also be used in cooking. This endive variety is known for its uniform growth and high-quality leaves. Planting Tips:

  • Plant in well-drained, fertile soil.
  • Space plants 12-18 inches apart in rows 18-24 inches apart.
