Description: Lovage is a perennial herb known for its tall, celery-like stalks and aromatic leaves that are often used in cooking for their strong, celery-like flavor. The plant produces small, yellow-green flowers in the summer, attracting beneficial insects. Lovage is easy to grow and can be used fresh or dried in soups, stews, and salads.

Planting Tips:

  • Plant in well-drained, fertile soil.
  • Space plants about 18-24 inches apart.
