Description: Aurora Orach is a striking and colorful leafy vegetable known for its vibrant, multicolored leaves that range from deep red and purple to bright green and yellow. This hardy annual is often used as a spinach substitute and can be eaten raw in salads or cooked like other leafy greens. Aurora Orach adds a pop of color to vegetable gardens and is also ornamental enough to be used in flower beds.

Planting Tips:
